Repair Options

• Annual Contract Repair Program
  For customers with repetitive defective products and large amounts of equipment in place, TDX Tech will team up with you and determine your Annual Failure Rate. Defective equipment is sent in for repair as failures occur. This program is offered on a monthly billing cycle based on the annual failure rate determined.
  
  
• Advanced Exchange Program
  TDX Tech will repair or exchange your equipment within 24 hours of receipt of the defective part. This program ensures our customers a very effective and efficient process. TDX Tech will receive, repair and inventory the defective equipment so it is available for another exchange.
  
  
• Flat-Rate Repair Program
  Equipment is repaired at a fixed rate, as the failures occur (billed per incident).
  
  
• Are you a Self Maintainer?
